Choosing a lock for your door and gate
A digital lock must suit the door material, thickness, existing cut-outs and available clearance. For a gate, the position of the door handle and the gap between the gate and door matter too. Send photos of both sides and the door edge before buying a customer-supplied lock.
New installation or replacement
Replacing an existing digital lock may involve different holes or mortise dimensions. We assess whether the new lock can use the existing preparation and discuss any additional cutting, fitting or visible gaps before work starts. Chiselling can chip wood or laminate.

Yes, subject to assessment. This covers installation only. Product performance, compatibility, warranty and after-sales support remain with the seller or manufacturer. The agreed installation fee remains payable if the supplied lock is faulty or incompatible.
What happens during installation?
The work includes fitting and alignment, followed by operating checks and basic credential setup where the model allows. Before the visit, provide the model details and ensure all required parts and accessories are available.
What to send us
Send your location, clear photos of the lock and the full door, gate, vehicle or safe, plus a short description of what happened. This helps us assess the required tools, likely method and applicable charges.
